The Challenge:

Obtain physician input regarding preferences for participating in market research studies for a national healthcare market research company.

Our Solution:

  • Created online survey that made participation easy
  • Tested three cells – two for email and one for mail solicitation
  • Provided online gift certificate as incentive

The Results:

Filled the surveys in less than two hours of sending emails and within three days of mail arrival. Developed strategic marketing plan for future campaign.
